Purpose of HerSoul: The Experience
HerSoul: The Experience is a sacred, immersive journey created for women who are ready to reclaim their voice, release the weight of past trauma, and step fully into their power. This is not a conference, it's a healing experience. A space where vulnerability is honored, tears are welcomed, and breakthroughs are birthed.
Through guided healing sessions, storytelling, movement, and soul-deep connection, women are invited to shed what no longer serves them and reconnect with their truth. HerSoul is a call to rise, not in perfection, but in courage, to break free from what has held them bound, and to walk boldly in the fullness of who they are.
This experience is for the woman who is ready to be seen, to speak her truth, and to heal out loud.

What inspired Dr. Cosha Joseph to create HerSoul: The Experience?
HerSoul: The Experience was founded by Dr. Cosha Joseph as a deeply personal and purposeful response to the emotional wounds many women silently carry. The movement began during one of the most painful moments of her life—after the loss of her father. In her own search for healing, Dr. Joseph created a personal journal and affirmation cards to process her grief and reclaim her identity.
How did HerSoul evolve into a community for women?
What started as Dr. Joseph's private act of survival and self-compassion soon became the seed of a much larger vision. Recognizing the profound healing that came through her journaling and affirmation tools, she felt called to extend that same sense of safety and self-discovery to other women. HerSoul was born out of this vision: to build a sacred space where women could rest, be seen, and begin their own journey toward healing from trauma.

Foundational Healing Tools: The initial creation of a healing journal and affirmation cards by Dr. Joseph marked the emotional and spiritual genesis of HerSoul.
Inaugural Event (April 2024): The first HerSoul Houston in-person event at the Ballroom at Tanglewood successfully brought women together for a powerful day of healing and connection.
National Expansion (November 2024): Dr. Joseph announced the expansion of HerSoul to Atlanta on Chicks N2 Sports, signaling its growth into a national movement.
What is the future vision for HerSoul?
Looking to 2025 and beyond, HerSoul is committed to continued growth and impact. The vision includes expanding to new cities, developing more guided journals, and offering a wider range of wellness resources.
